An eclectic CD as Lisa Sokolov stretches the envelope bringing Jazz vocals into the 21st century. She's dubbed a wildwoman of jazz as nothing is predictable when she sings and she can be compared to no one else; it's part jazz, part performance art, and 100 percent uninhibited. DownBeat gives this one 5 stars and Best CD of 2004.
