This jazz organ record is very well produced and all frequencies of the organ are heard - no missing out on the bass line regarding volume or frequency. That's good to hear!
The playing is great by all players. Just listen to the guitarist Booby Broom developing his solo in 'A Deeper Blue'. He starts out the two first choruses 'traditional' in the jazz blues scale, but after that he plays more and more outside the box, but with great control and well-articulated lines/phrasing.
The organ by Foreman is not over-played, but instead played with a good balance and great feeling. Very nice!
As for my favourite track, the choice was easy. Actually I put the track on repeat and let it loop: The medium tempo jazz blues groover'A Deeper Blue'.
